Exchange Eligibility

Since we have a strict no-refund policy, exchanges are the primary option for incorrect or damaged items. 

  • We do not accept returns. Nonetheless, we do offer exchanges.
  • We offer one-time exchange within 1 day of delivery for most products.
  • If you receive a damaged product, we will facilitate an exchange within 1 day of delivery.
  • Exchanges are available for the same product in different colors, patterns, or sizes.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or defective products and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, customers are required to provide a complete and clear unboxing video as proof, starting from the package’s sealed condition.

Please note, requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange Process

  1. For Higher-Priced Items: Customers must pay the price difference online (Cash on Delivery is not available for exchanges).
  2. For Lower-Priced Items: The price difference will be added to your store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatApp chat on 76783 91747 or Phone call within 1 day of delivery. Include the following details in your email:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • An unboxing video of the received product with your exchange request

Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return and Refund Policy

At Search Before Buy, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. However, we do not accept returns or provide refunds after delivery.

Exceptions

  • Exceptions are only made for products that arrive damaged or stained.

How to Report Issues

  • Any damage or stains must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.

Exchange Process

  • Once your issue is reviewed and approved, you may return the product, and once we receive the returned product, we will process an exchange.
  • Note: No refunds will be issued. Approved claims are eligible for exchanges only.

Non-Eligible Products

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If You’re Unsatisfied with the Product

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Unboxing Video: Share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  2. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping charges.
  3. Store Credit: After deducting shipping and handling fees, the remaining amount will be credited to your account as store credit.
  4. No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Important Note

  • Jewelry and Kids Wear: Returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted for these categories.

Size and Weight

  • Minor differences in weight and size may occur.

Embellishments

  • Decorative elements like beads and sequins may occasionally detach during shipping.

Potential Loose Threads and Sequins

  • Despite careful handling, threads and sequins may occasionally come loose.

Tailor Assistance

  • Many such issues can be resolved during the stitching process. We recommend consulting your tailor, who may be able to fix or conceal the problem effectively.

Exchange Policy

  • If you choose to exchange a product for this reason, please note that the replacement item may also have a similar possibility of loose threads or sequins.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are permitted within 1 hour of placing the order and only during our office hours (10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. IST, Monday to Saturday). After this period, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be considered at our discretion. Shipped Orders

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7 days.
