3.2 Stock Availability:

  • All orders are subject to stock availability with our dropshipping partner.
  • In case of unavailability, we will promptly inform you and offer a full refund or assistance in choosing an alternative product.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Once customization has begun, the order cannot be canceled. 

7.3 Refund Policy:

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7.4 Returns:

  • We do not accept returns. Nonetheless, we do offer exchanges.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
